Finance & Office Administrator

You’ll be at the center of our operational heartbeat: keeping the general ledger accurate and complete on time, while supporting the team with the essentials that make our working environment thrive.

What you’ll do:
Finance Administration (your primary focus)
Own accounts payable and receivable. Processing invoices, managing payments and following up with suppliers.
Handle expenses, reimbursements and credit card statements with accuracy and care.
Maintain clean and reliable financial records in our finance system.
Support monthly closing activities and prepare data for our accountant.
Create simple, insightful financial overviews for the Management Team (e.g. spending summaries, budget tracking, supplier costs).
Coordinate with our external accountant on reporting, audits and compliance.
Spot inefficiencies or inconsistencies and proactively suggest improvements.
Help maintain clarity in budgets and internal financial processes.
Office & Team Operations (your secondary focus)
Make sure the office runs smoothly. From supplies to facilities to simple planning tasks.
Support the Management Team with meeting prep, agendas and general coordination.
Assist with onboarding new colleagues and organizing small team moments.
Coordinate IT basics to ensure tools and hardware are ready and functional.
Perform light website maintenance (no coding, just keeping things tidy).
Use AI tools like ChatGPT to automate routine work, write faster and improve workflows.
What you bring
Education: We care more about how you think than what you studied.
Experience with financial administration or a similar operations/finance role.
A structured, precise and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong comfort with digital tools, especially spreadsheets and financial software.
Experience with Twinfield and/or Exact is a plus.
A proactive mindset: you see what needs to happen and make it happen.
An open, helpful personality, you enjoy supporting others.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
You're available for 16-24 hours per week.
